Transaction Policy Framework
Standard terms and operational guidelines governing all BMS hardware quotes and sales
1. Financial Advance Obligation
A clear 50% Advance Capital Payment is strictly mandatory upon validation and execution of any hardware order profile. Note: All booking deposits are legally non-refundable under any operational cancellation circumstances.
2. Production & Shipment Windows
Final industrial manufacturing and shipping preparations require up to 15 working days starting from the official date of advance payment clearance.
3. Tax and Freight Addendums
Statutory Government GST will be applied extra above all declared baseline retail machine prices. Additional on-site engineering setup training, highway cargo transportation fees, and wooden or secure packaging options are calculated and added as extra expenses.
4. Quotation Longevity
Commercial machinery quotations, custom configuration allowances, and specific pricing offers remain valid for a period of exactly 7 days from the issuance date.
5. Legal Jurisdiction Limits
Every purchase agreement, execution protocol, and transaction dispute is legally bound, constrained, and governed under the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi Courts Only.
6. Trade Finality Clause
Industrial machinery assets once sold and transferred cannot be returned, exchanged, or reversed under any conditions.
7. Transit Friction Variance
Minor superficial aesthetic blemishes, shallow alignment scratches, or paint abrasions may occur during crane handling, vehicle loading, unloading, or logistics travel. These instances do not alter mechanical integrity and fall completely outside seller liability profiles.
8. Structural Pricing Adjustments
Baseline production hardware specifications, component alignments, and listed market rates remain subject to change or modification without prior notification.
